The Rental Home is located at 8 Eli Shackleton Court.  Is being advertised as whole Townhouse for rent at Rentals.ca  

 There are 2 options for renting. 3 rooms or whole Townhouse. See details below.

There are 3 rooms for rent, at the Townhouse, the master room is $1,200. If there are 2 people, they can share the master room.  The other 2 small rooms are $850 each.

The parking spaces, one is outside and the other is in the garage. $50 for each spot

Utilities are shared equally by each person, not by each room.

The rest is shared equally, the kitchen, washrooms and laundry.

As well the backyard must be taken care of everyone take turns for maintenance. This includes shoveling snow in front of the porch stairs and driveway.

The 3 bedroom option has not been advertised.  If you want to advertise for us you can advertise at sites that are free.

If you can find only one person to rent one room that's okay.

Or rent out the whole Townhouse for $2,600 plus Utilities.
