b. Apt 2: $2,200
Renting out 2 rooms in the secondary house and 1 room in the backyard of the main house (East side): This apartment has a private bathroom and a separate kitchen (using the bathroom and kitchen in the secondary house), and separate entrance. If needed, three rooms in the main house can use the bathroom next to the master bedroom’s kitchen (that one is nicer and larger).
c. Apt 3: Rent Out
Renting out 2 rooms in the basement of the main house and 1 room in the backyard of the secondary house (West side)
d. Apt 4: Rent Out
Renting out 2 rooms in the front yard of the main house

Each room is well-lit, and the house is a 10-minute walk from the University of Toronto. It is the preferred student apartment for UTSC and Centennial College students. It is close to Highway 401, supermarkets, fitness centers, and bus stops. The facilities are complete, private washers and dryers, private kitchens with double-door refrigerators. The rent includes utilities (water, electricity, heating, and cooling - 24/7 all year round), unlimited high-speed internet, and some basic furniture. Parking is not included, $50/ea per month if required.
