Utilities: Included (wifi, internet, central A/C, heating). The only extra cost is a $100 refundable key deposit. 1 Parking available for extra $100/month

House: Newly renovated, new floor, new wall, new paint, Quiet, clean, owner lives on 1st floor.

Looking for: Responsible student/new graduates/professional/new comers, are all welcome! minimum 6-month stay, quiet at night, no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests.

Requirements: Picture ID, proof of income/savings, 1st last month rent, key deposit. Must meet in person before renting.
