$700 up front and $350 for security.
This month as it is the 1st of Dec im willing only to charge half for rent plus security.

Room is located in Fairview close to all bus stops and amenities. The room is in a secure building that I operate.
I am a smoker and toker so if you can tolerate that and are working daily and an overall good person you are welcome.

The 2 of us here now are queit and keep to ourselves, but that doesn't mean youre limited to youre room, kitchen is of free use anytime and youre welcome to chill either on the balcony or in the livingroom as it is very large.
