I have a single room for rent in an two bedroom apartment downtown. It is on the 13th floor of an apartment building, and is available December.

Rent is $700 per month. I currently have no living room furniture. If you bring your own, there will be a rent reduction. Otherwise I'll buy some. Rent includes all utilities.

The building has a gym and parkade parking. The balcony has a gorgeous unobstructed view of the apartment building across the alley. For groceries, Henry's Food Store is right next door, and there are larger grocery stores only a few blocks away. The Bow River park is only two blocks away. C-Trains are three blocks away.
