One bedroom in furnished house - suitable for a mature working adult or grad student. You'd share a quiet, happy, non-smoking household with the mature female homeowner (me) and my friendly pets. Your well behaved dog is also welcome.

Winter parking for a smaller car if necessary (fenced for food gardening the rest of the time). Except for power, all utilities included.

The historic Hydrostone Neighbourhood is close to downtown and has been voted one of Canada's Top 10 most liveable neighborhoods. Our pretty boulevard is 1 block from beautiful Fort Needham Park (includes an off leash dog area). It's a few blocks from great restaurants, a pharmacy and groceries. We're 1/2 a block from the #7 bus that runs reliably every 15 mins and gets you downtown or to the universities in 15-20 mins.
