The building is centrally located in the new Rockingham south neighborhood, near the top of Flamingo. The in-building landlords are the best I’ve had in 20 years of renting, and the community will make you feel immediately at home!

Rent is $1595, and parking is extra ($125 for indoor, $60 for outdoor), although there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
