There is also free 24/7 street parking around the corner. The apartment is also very close to bus routes and it is very bikeable. It's within a few minutes walking distance from foodfare, the daughter, next door, thom bargen. Perfect for students or young professionals!

I'm moving out before the end of July, so it's also possible for you to move in early if you need to and rent would be covered for the full month of July already. You would start paying rent for Aug 1st. *Please note you will be taking over the lease and it will renew April 2026.

You will also need 2 years of rental history and 2 years of employment history to be accepted. The building manager is also very nice and responsive if you need to contact them.
