We do have a lovely 2-bedroom apartment available for December 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026 The rent for small 2 bedroom is $2,350 per month and the rent for regular 2 bedroom is $2,450 . This includes heat, and water, but does not include your hydro and parking. Should you decide to apply for one of our suites and are approved we require first and last months rent with your signed lease. Our approval process is designed so we are able to give you an answer with 48 hours of your application.
