- The cottage has 2 semi-detached units with separate entrances, sharing a laundry room and the backyard. This unit is a one bedroom unit. The unit next door is a two bedroom unit (already rented).

You enter the living room as you walk in the front door, followed by a bedroom as you continue, then a bathroom and finally you reach the kitchen at the end. There is no closed door between the rooms, it is one continuous hall going through making it more of studio style than a closed 1 bedroom. The laundry unit is next to the kitchen, which is shared with the apartment next door.

Despite being tucked away in peaceful Britannia Village, the apartment is well connected to downtown Ottawa. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown or a 15 minute walk to the main bus connections on Carling and Richmond Road. There is also bus 51 passing by across the street from the apartment connecting you to Hintonburg and downtown. Lincoln Heights bus station and mall, and Bayshore shopping mall are also 5 minutes away by car.
